Spring Break in Central America

Monday March 12, 2007
At last, spring is here. . . at least, for some of us. While it's 85 degrees here in San Diego (I know, I know), many of you are still feeling winter's chill, and you'd give anything to spend a week in somewhere warm. Well, isn't that what spring break is for?

Central America is a fantastic choice for spring breakers, both college-age and young-at-heart. Destinations like Tamarindo Beach in Costa Rica and Ambergris Caye in Belize are hubs for party animals, while low-key destinations like Utila in Honduras offer more relaxation. Whichever way you're looking to spend your spring break, you'll spend it well in Central America.
