I’ll start with this image I took at a Mas por Menos supermarket in Jaco, Costa Rica.Your eyes aren’t deceiving you – that’s chocolate cheese. Choco Cheese, to be exact, fashioned at the Monteverde Cheese Factory in northern Costa Rica. Take a closer look. And no, I didn’t try it. Would you?
