Guide Review - Bombay Cafe - Panajachel, Guatemala
All dishes are vegetarian, and many are even vegan. Some of the most savory selections include pad thai, curried vegetables, falafel, burritos, and fresh guacamole. For me, the tempeh veggie burger with sprouts, avocado and cheddar was worth a repeat visit. Everything is served with an array of sauces served in delightful ceramic dishes.
As for beverages, I absolutely adored the homemade ginger ale, afloat with real bits of spicy ginger, while my companion enjoyed an iced peppermint concoction. The chai tea is also delicious, hot and gingerbready.
